The John Muir High School alumni is the daughter of Olympic Champion, Lennox Miller.
Ms. Miller is one of the most accomplished sprinters in the history of Track & Field in the United States.
Interesting fact: She is one of only a minut few of the Father/Daughter Olympic Champions.
After a stellar track & field career at USC, the Pasadena native, along with teammates, Gail Devers, Christie Gaines and Gwen Torrance, captured Gold in the Women's 4x100 Relay at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. Between 1997 and 2003, Miller would cement her legacy in USA Track & Field with several World Cup appearances and championships.
Ms. Miller graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Biological Sciences/Pre-Veterinary Medicine. Many remember Ms. Miller as a 1990 Tournament of Roses Princess.
Currently, Ms. Miller is a partner at Miller-Hawkins Productions - a full-service event coordinating company. Their motto is "Don't worry, we will." www.mhpevents.com
"We do everything from mailing your invitations out for you and tracking the responses, finding the venue, catering, we've gone dress-shopping with brides and we've found chocolate golf balls from Minnesota," Miller said.
A real hometown girl, Miller continues to give back to the community through her work and charitable endeavors. Miller-Hawkins Productions has co-sponsored several youth events with the Pasadena Sports Hall of Fame, Inc.
